Papou urinates on a wall as he missed the sign that forbids it and warns of a 100 franc fine for those who do it. The owner of the wall fines Papou but the child has only a 250-franc coin; the owner takes the coin and goes to get Papou’s change, but after two hours he’s still not back and so Papou decides to urinate on the wall again…and it’s another 150 francs.
