Proud to be free – Talla is young orphan boy, raised by his grand-mother in the village of Baranka. When the woman dies, Talla begins a very difficult journey: he lives through exploitation, he is denied the right to education, and he works in a mine with other boys like himself. In the end his ungrounded street life brings him luck: Talla ends up becoming a famous footballer, and during a television interview, drawing on his own experience, he launches an appeal to defend the right of minors.
