Almeh is a comic artist from Langana, an area destroyed by civil war. He takes notes and uses his comic books to denounce the practices and abuses perpetrated during the war. The government tries to get rid of him, but he flees to the Poisson Island to continue practicing his art. Thanks to his dedication, he finally manages to open his own shop on the Langana Island several years after the end of the war.
