The crocodile man – A traditional story. The village of Masa, rich in culture and natural resources, prospers under the rule of its chief, Kiaku, who is very skilled in fishing. He teaches his powers to his son, explaining to him that when there is a shortage of fish he will have to use the method of the crocodile man. He will have to turn into a crocodile and go fishing on the river bed. There are only three rules he must obey: only transform yourself if necessary, do not kill men, do not steal another’s woman. But when he transgresses, he is punished.
